2025-12-12 Data Description for "Enhanced Triage in Early-stage Endometrial Carcinoma: A Nomogram Versus Biopsy for Selecting Aggressive Histological Types" doi:10.57760/sciencedb.31374 en The data supporting this article comprise a de-identified clinical dataset retrospectively compiled from medical records of Yangming Hospital Affiliated to Ningbo University (2016–2025), containing comprehensive clinical, imaging, and pathological data. All mpMRI assessments—including myometrial invasion depth, cervical stromal invasion, and MRI-derived tumor volume—were uniformly evaluated by radiologists.The complete data repository comprises the following five components:1)An Excel workbook collection (.xlsx) containing the complete Raw_Data and Excluded_Data worksheets, along with analytical tables for Kappa agreement, intergroup comparisons, logistic regression analysis, diagnostic performance comparison, and nomogram total points calculation; 2) An SPSS (27.0) dataset collection(.sav) comprising specifically formatted data for agreement assessment of tumor volume in 116 patients, the complete dataset of 211 patients, and data related to Extrauterine_Spread; 3) An R (4.3.3) script collection including the nomogram_development_validation.R, Sankey_diagram_development.R, and lasso_logistic.R files, plus their corresponding helper files and the lasso_logistic.csv data file required for execution; 4) A complete figure collection containing all manuscript figures in high-resolution formats; 5) A Word document collection containing all tables (Table_1 to Table_4) from the manuscript.
