<dc:description>Following the MR, sensitivity, and Steiger test analyses conducted between eQTL-cell pairs and AD, 2,401 eQTL-cell pairs were identified as being associated with AD using the IVW method (Supplementary File 1). Similarly, using the same analytical methods, a total of seven chemokines were identified as having causal associations with AD (Supplementary File 2), followed by 2,149 eQTL-cell pairs with causal relationships to seven chemokines (Supplementary File 3). Based on the integration of these analytical results, 2,149 key eQTL-cell pairs and seven key chemokines were identified.</dc:description>
