<dc:title>Raw Data of the research which found that "An Expanded Clonotype of Activated CD8+ T Cells is Associated with Clinical Outcomes in Post-Stroke Depression"</dc:title>

<dc:description>Post-stroke depression (PSD) represents a serious neuropsychiatric complication that substantially hinders rehabilitation, yet its immunopathological mechanisms remain poorly elucidated. Utilizing single-cell multi-omics combined with clinical as well as radiological approach from multi-center longitudinal cohorts of PSD patients, we identified an immuno-activated CD8+ T cell subset (IATc) characterized by a distinctive surface phenotype (ICOS+CX3CR1+CD38+) and secretory profile (IL21+LTA+). This subset harbors a public TCR clonotype (TRAV40_TRBV16) that is stably expanded in PSD patients. Longitudinal analysis demonstrated that the abundance of this clonotype strongly correlates with higher systemic inflammation, greater depression severity, impaired cognitive function, and reduced hippocampal volume over a 6-month follow-up. Notably, IATc exhibited high predictive accuracy for key clinical outcomes, particularly for inflammation (CRP, AUC=0.99) and depressive severity (PHQ-9, AUC=0.98). Our findings reveal a novel CD8+ T cell response in PSD and highlight its potential as both a mechanistic mediator and predictive biomarker of disease progression.</dc:description>
