2025-11-28 Metatranscriptome-based genomic dataset of tick-associated viruses from Yunnan Province (2022-2023) doi:10.57760/sciencedb.32200 en 62 transcriptome libraries that have passed strict quality control were sent to Annouda Gene Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. for high-throughput double ended sequencing using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform, with a read length of 150 bp (PE150) and an average output of 10 Gb of raw data per sample.
