<dc:description>This dataset contains all raw data supporting the findings of this study, organized by figure as follows:Fig 1.xlsx: GenBank accession numbers for NP, NSs, GP and RdRp genes from 25 Bandavirus strains, and pairwise amino acid identity/sliding window conservation analysis data. These data were used to construct the maximum-likelihood phylogenetic trees (Fig 1A-D) and generate the conservation plots (Fig 1E).Fig 2.xlsx & Fig 2.rar: Cell tropism and replication kinetics data for five bandaviruses across 10 mammalian cell lines. The Excel file contains triplicate TCID₅₀ titers from one-step growth curves (0-96 hpi). The archive includes unprocessed immunofluorescence images (Fig 2A) and additional bright-field/merged images confirming no cytopathic effect in Vero cells (Fig S2).Fig 3.xlsx: Longitudinal infection dynamics and immune response data in C57BL/6 mice, including body weight, serum viral loads, virus-specific IgM/IgG titers, and cross-neutralization assay results used to generate the antigenic heatmap (Fig 3E).Fig 4.xlsx: Virulence and hematological data in IFNAR⁻/⁻ mice, including survival rates across serial viral doses (10⁻² to 10⁷ TCID₅₀) and complete blood count/liver enzyme measurements at 3 dpi.Fig 5.xlsx & Fig 5.rar: Organ-specific pathology and viral distribution data. The Excel file contains tissue viral RNA loads from six organs. The archive includes high-resolution H&E-stained and NP-immunohistochemistry images of infected mouse tissues.Fig S1.xlsx: Pairwise nucleotide and amino acid sequence identity values for four core proteins from 9 representative Bandavirus strains, used to generate the sequence conservation heatmaps.Fig S3.xlsx: Complete longitudinal hematological and serum biochemical profiles of C57BL/6 mice infected with HRTV, LSV or BHAV.Fig S4.xlsx: Additional virus-specific IgM and IgG antibody titer data from C57BL/6 mouse infections.Fig S5.xlsx: Daily body weight measurements from dose-gradient infection experiments in IFNAR⁻/⁻ mice, used to calculate LD₅₀ values for comparative virulence analysis. All files are in standard, reusable formats with no missing data points.</dc:description>
