Using a randomized post-test controlled group design, cells were treated with 0.05%, 0.1%, and 0.2% (w/v) patchouli oil. Cell viability was measured by CCK-8 Assay, apoptosis by Annexin V/PI flow cytometry, and protein expression by indirect immunofluorescence. This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data used to evaluate the effect of patchouli oil (Pogostemon cablin) on apoptosis in breast cancer cell lines through NF-κB inhibition.
