2026-05-07 Transcriptome data of spleens from different densities of Brandt's voles manipulated by corticosterone pharmacology doi:10.57760/sciencedb.35240 en Fifty-six adult male Brandt's voles (Lasiopodomys brandtii) were randomly assigned to five treatment groups differing in housing density and pharmacological manipulation: L-density voles , High density voles, Low density voles with administration of corticosterone, High density voles treated with metyrapone which inhibit CORT synthesis , and High-density voles treated with mifepristone which block the CORT receptor. In L-density group, 2 animals were raised in one cage (n = 10).
