Fecal samples were collected before and after treatment to characterize longitudinal changes in the gut microbiota. The dataset was generated to investigate whether Yishen Huashi granules modulate intestinal microbial composition in IgA nephropathy and to explore microbiota features associated with clinical treatment response.
