<dc:title>Raw 16S rRNA data of Mallard duodenal contents</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.35798</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>The study randomly selected duodenal contents from groups C (control group), L (1 mg/L), M (10 mg/L), and H (100 mg/L) after 6 weeks of PE-MPs treatment for 16S rRNA analysis. Five biological replicates were used for each treatment group. Specifically, group C (C1A, C2A, C3A, C4A, C5A); group L (L1A, L2A, L3A, L4A, L5A); group M (M1A, M2A, M3A, M4A, M5A); group H (H1A, H2A, H3A, H4A, H5A). DNA of the gut microbiota was extracted from the duodenal contents of each duck, and PCR amplification was performed. Subsequently, the PCR products were purified using magnetic beads. Equal amounts of the PCR products were mixed based on their concentrations. After thorough mixing, the products were examined, and the target bands were recovered. The PCR products generated from amplification were tested, and then a library was constructed. The constructed library was quantified using Qubit and qPCR. After the library passed quality control, sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq6000 platform (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA, USA).</dc:description>
