<dc:description>The study randomly selected Bursa of Fabricius tissues of Mallards from groups C0 (control group), C1 (1 mg/L), C2 (10 mg/L), and C3 (100 mg/L) after 6 weeks of PE-MPs treatment for untargeted metabolomics analysis. Six biological replicates were used for each treatment group. After tissue metabolites were extracted, equal volumes of each experimental sample were mixed as quality control samples. A 53% methanol aqueous solution was used instead of the experimental sample (QC) and processed in the same way as the experimental samples to serve as blank samples (blank). Detection and analysis were performed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), followed by data preprocessing, peak annotation, and statistical analysis. Non-targeted metabolomics analysis was performed on a Thermo Scientific Q Exactive™ HF-X Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA).</dc:description>
