<dc:description>DATA1_MiceTissueRIT2_qPCRRIT2 gene expression was examined in mouse tissues (9-week-old male C57BL/6J mice), including the brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, and spleen, with three replicates per tissue type. The qPCR was performed using the QuantStudio 1 Plus Real-Time PCR System (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) with SYBR Green reagent. The experimental results were analyzed using the 2⁻ΔΔCt method for relative quantification. Following amplification, melting curve analysis was conducted to confirm the specificity of the amplified products. The target gene examined was RIT2, with β-actin used as the internal reference gene.DATA2_Alcohol_Baijiu_RIT2_qPCRTwelve 9-week-old male C57BL/6J mice (body weight: 26.7 ± 2.0 g) were selected and subjected to the drinking-in-the-dark (DID) paradigm. Prior to the experiment, the mice were acclimatized under single-cage housing conditions with a fixed light–dark cycle. On the experimental day, body weight was recorded. Approximately 3 hours after the onset of the dark phase, the original drinking bottle was removed from each cage, and the mice were provided with either an ethanol solution or a diluted baijiu solution for ad libitum access for 4 hours. The mice were randomly divided into three groups (n = 4 per group): the control group (tap water), the 20% (v/v) pure ethanol group, and the 20% (v/v) diluted baijiu group.Immediately after the drinking session, brain tissues were collected. Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) was performed using the QuantStudio 1 Plus Real-Time PCR System (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) with SYBR Green reagent. The relative expression levels of target genes were analyzed using the 2⁻ΔΔCt method. Following amplification, melting curve analysis was conducted to confirm the specificity of the amplified products. The target gene examined was RIT2, with β-actin used as the internal reference gene.DATA3_RNAseq_gene_tpmImmediately after the drinking session, mouse brain tissues were collected. RNA sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform to obtain TPM expression data. Three groups (n = 4 per group): the control group (tap water), the 20% (v/v) pure ethanol group, and the 20% (v/v) diluted baijiu group.DATA4_DEG_ControlvsAlcoholDifferentially expressed genes：the control group (tap water) vs. the 20% (v/v) pure ethanol group.DATA5_DEG_ControlvsBaijiuDifferentially expressed genes：the control group (tap water) vs. the 20% (v/v) diluted baijiu group.</dc:description>
