<dc:title>Research on the Policy Diffusion Pattern and Coordination Degree of Industrial Internet</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.36477</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This study selects conditional variables from three aspects&amp;mdash;economic endowment, policy power, and diffusion network construction&amp;mdash;namely per capita GDP, policy power, vertical pressure differentials, and horizontal spillover effects, to analyze the formation paths of high central‑local policy coordination under different diffusion patterns. A dataset of 24 Chinese provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with comprehensive local policy data is used. Economic endowment is measured by the annual average provincial per capita GDP from 2017 to 2023 (CSMAR database). Policy power is measured by the annual average strength of provincial Industrial Internet policies, weighted based on existing literature to reflect local policy attention and resource mobilization capacity. The diffusion network consists of vertical pressure differentials (annual average difference in policy topic intensity between central and provincial levels) and horizontal spillover effects (annual average difference in policy topic intensity with land-adjacent provinces). The outcome variable is the annual average central-local policy coordination degree. Representative topic domains&amp;mdash;innovation‑driven initiative, platform system, network infrastructure, and industrial application&amp;mdash;are selected for configurational analysis corresponding to the four diffusion patterns: high-intensity resonance, peak leading, central-local complementarity, and local practice.</dc:description>
