<dc:title>Unified Description of Casimir Force and Spacetime Curvature by Quantum Vacuum Emergent Gravity</dc:title>

<dc:description>Behind the success of general relativity and the standard cosmological model lie fundamental issues such as the lack of microscopic mechanisms of gravity and the unclear nature of dark matter and dark energy. This article proposes a unified theory of gravity based on the quantum vacuum emergence effect, whose core innovation lies in achieving cross scale parameter closure from microscopic quantum effects to macroscopic gravitational phenomena. The theory uses a set of microscopic parameters independently calibrated from the Casimir effect to calculate the Newton's constant G for the first time from first principles without introducing any dark components or additional degrees of freedom (with a deviation of 0.29% from experimental values), and consistently describes a series of cross scale phenomena such as surface gravity, Mercury perihelion precession residuals, Milky Way rotation curves, dynamic dark energy, and neutron star mass limits. The theory predicts the quantized spectral characteristics of gravitational waves in the kilohertz frequency range, providing a clear target for experimental determination. This study provides a complete framework for quantitatively calculating and cross scale testing the quantum vacuum origin of gravity. </dc:description>
