<dc:title>Integrated transcriptomic and co-expression network analysis reveals key transcription factors regulating salt stress responses in rice seedling roots</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.37321</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset contains raw transcriptome sequencing data of wild-type rice cultivar Nipponbare (ZH11) under sodium chloride stress at different concentrations. One blank control group (CK) and three salt stress gradient treatments were set up, with NaCl concentrations of 0.125% (NCL1), 0.250% (NCL2), and 0.500% (NCL3), respectively. All samples were subjected to transcriptome sequencing on the Illumina platform by Genedoor Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou), and the raw data are provided in FASTQ format. This dataset aims to reveal the gene expression changes of rice in response to salt stress at different concentrations, providing original, reliable and reusable transcriptome sequencing resources for elucidating the molecular mechanism of rice salt tolerance, screening key stress-tolerant genes, and conducting molecular breeding research.</dc:description>
