<dc:title>Biomass traits and analysis of STWs, parental diploid lines and STW under both NN and LN conditions</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.37623</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description> This dataset contains raw experimental measurements and calculated relative indices related to biomass traits of all lines under&amp;nbsp;NN and&amp;nbsp;LN stress, sampled at two time points: 10 days after LN treatment initiation (LN-10d) and 30 days after LN treatment initiation (LN-30d). Absolute biomass values for all tested lines under each treatment and sampling time point. A total of 12&amp;ndash;15 biological replicates were cluded for each genotype &amp;times; treatment combination to ensure statistical robustness. Derived index (RC)&amp;nbsp;calculated as the ratio of individual biomass values under LN treatment to the average biomass of the same genotype under the NN control at the matching sampling time point. This index quantifies the intrinsic growth tolerance of each genotype toLN stress, normalized for inherent genotypic growth differences under optimal conditions.Statistical significance of genotypic differences was evaluated via one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey HSD tests. Genotypes with significantly different mean values (P &amp;lt; 0.05) within the same treatment and time point are marked with distinct lowercase letters in the associated visualization files.</dc:description>
