The dataset comprises six samples, each subjected to paired-end sequencing and including both Immunoprecipitation (IP) and size-matched Input controls. The data are provided in the original raw FASTQ format. This study was designed to investigate the impact of RNF126 overexpression on the mRNA targets bound by the Ago2-miRNA complex (RISC). The experimental design includes three biological replicates for both the Empty Vector control and the RNF126 overexpression groups.
