<dc:title>N content-related indicators in shoots and roots of STWs, their diploid parents and NTW under either NN or LN conditions for 10 and 30 days</dc:title>

  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description> This dataset contains raw experimental measurements and calculated relative indices related to nitrogen (N) content indicators in shoots and roots of STWs, their diploid parents, and NTW under NN or LN conditions, sampled at 10 days and 30 days after LN treatment initiation (LN-10d, LN-30d). The indicators include total N content, total N transfer rate, nitrate (NO₃⁻) content, and ammonium (NH₄⁺) content, as well as the relative changes (RC) of all N content indicators across treatments and time points. Statistical significance of differences was evaluated using two methods based on indicator types:&amp;nbsp; For total N transfer rate, NO₃⁻ content (main panel) and NH₄⁺ content: Statistical significance between groups was determined by&amp;nbsp;Student&amp;rsquo;s t-test, with significance levels marked as *P &amp;lt; 0.05, **P &amp;lt; 0.01, ***P &amp;lt; 0.001, ****P &amp;lt; 0.0001 in the associated visualization files. For total N content, NO₃⁻ content under LN-30d (enlarged inset view) and RC&amp;nbsp;of N content indicators: Significant differences across genotypes were tested via one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey HSD tests. Genotypes with significantly different mean values (P &amp;lt; 0.05) within the same treatment and time point are marked with distinct lowercase letters in the associated visualization files.</dc:description>
