2026-05-28 Poaceae genome and transcriptome data information doi:10.57760/sciencedb.38138 en This dataset consists of two parts: one is the reference genome data of 91 Poaceae species, and the other is the transcriptome data of 10 representative Poaceae species. Given that only eight of the 12 subfamilies contain reference genomes, 91 reference genomes were selected from public databases to represent BOP, PACMAD, and basal lineages. Transcriptome data of the 10 Poaceae species were obtained from published data, including different tissues of the 10 representative species and the seven cultivated rice mutants (cmt2, cmt3a, drm2, cmt2/cmt3a, cmt2/drm2, cmt3a/drm2, and cmt2/cmt3a/drm2).
