<dc:title>Simulated Occultation Event Dataset for a Mars Intersatellite Radio Occultation Constellation</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.38329</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset is the paper related dataset formed by the simulation study of Mars inter satellite radio occultation constellation detection. The data is based on the configurations of Tianwen-1, Tianwen-3 Mars orbiter, Tianwen-3 Earth returner, Mars Express, and ExoMars TGO, among other Mars orbital nodes. Kepler orbital propagation and inter satellite link geometry criteria are used to screen for effective inter satellite radio occultation events within one Martian year simulation cycle. The dataset includes fields such as event number, transmitting star, receiving star, tangent altitude change identifier, event duration, receiving end start and end times, propagation delay, start and end tangent altitude, tangent latitude, longitude, and local time. This dataset can be used to analyze the event frequency, global space coverage, and local time coverage capabilities of future Mars radio occultation constellations, and provide data support for U/X-band Mars atmospheric and ionospheric occultation detection simulation, link design, and mission plan demonstration.&amp;nbsp;</dc:description>
