<dc:description>This dataset includes raw data of Western blotting and statistics data. The data were extracted from the original images using ImageJ and Zen software. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS version 23.0 (IBM) software. Results are presented as means ± standard error of the mean (SEM).Data normality was assessed using the Shapiro-Wilk test. If the data exhibited a normal distribution, parametric tests were employed; otherwise, nonparametric tests were conducted to compare differences between groups. For normally distributed data, Student's t-test was used to compare differences between two groups, while one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by the Bonferroni post hoc test was used for comparisons among three or more groups. For non-normally distributed data, the Mann-Whitney U test was employed to compare differences between two groups, and the Kruskal-Wallis test was used for comparisons among multiple groups. A p-value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.</dc:description>
