<dc:title>Raw data for segregation behavior and prismatic enrichment of key impurities in DKDP crystals</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.38674</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset contains the raw data supporting the conclusion regarding &amp;ldquo;the co-precipitation behavior of key impurities and the mechanism of sector-specific enrichment&amp;rdquo; in the paper &amp;ldquo;Study on Major Impurity Elements Affecting Triple-Frequency Absorption in DKDP Crystals and Their Co-Precipitation Mechanisms.&amp;rdquo; The dataset contains ICP-MS concentration measurements (in ppm) for 12 elements in the prismatic sector, pyramidal sector, and corresponding growth solutions of two batches of independently grown seed-nucleated rapid-growth DKDP crystals (batch codes M1 and M2). The detected elements include: Al, Ba, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Na, Sb, Sr, Ti, Y, and Zn.The data file is in CSV format, named Dataset3_raw_concentrations.csv, and contains concentration data for the M1 prismatic sector, M1 pyramidal sector, M1 growth solution, M2 prismatic sector, M2 pyramidal sector, and M2 growth solution, totaling 13 rows (including headers, with one element per row). Based on this data, Table 8 of the paper provides the effective fractionation coefficients (K = solid-phase concentration / liquid-phase concentration) and column/cone content ratios for each element; readers may calculate and verify these values independently. This dataset can be used directly to reproduce the analysis and conclusions in the paper regarding the selective enrichment and fractionation behavior of key impurities such as Cr, Sb, Sr, and Ti in the column region.Data Notes: The concentration values provided in this dataset are the actual internal concentrations of the samples after conversion. The conversion is based on the dilution factor during the sample digestion process; the original ICP-MS dilution solution measurements are not included in this dataset. The effective fractionation coefficient K is an apparent fractionation parameter that reflects the incorporation behavior of impurities under actual growth kinetic conditions.</dc:description>
