2026-06-08 T2T genome assembly of a least horseshoe bat doi:10.57760/sciencedb.38705 en To obtain a high level T2T genome assembly for bat, we collected the liver and muscle tissues from a male least horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus pusillus) for ONT and PacBio HiFi sequencing, in addition to the existing Hi-C reads of another male least horseshoe bat from our previous work. PacBio HiFi sequencing was performed on Revio platform with a depth of 52.7x (read N50 of 18.2 kb).
