2026-06-08 Tab S1 Abbreviations, corresponding Chinese and English names of 33 types of cancer doi:10.57760/sciencedb.38798 en In order to analyze the expression pattern and clinical significance of FDX1 gene in human cancer tissues, standardized pan cancer datasets were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas Program (TCGA), Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), and Functional Genomics Data Collection (ArrayExpress). Further extract the expression data of copper death regulatory factor FDX1 (Ensembl ID: ENSG00000137714) in various samples from the above database. In addition, samples with expression levels of 0 were filtered out, and the expression values of each sample were log converted to obtain FDX1 expression data for 33 types of human tumor tissues and control normal tissues for subsequent analysis.
