<dc:title>Genotyping Toxoplasma gondii from zoo-housed primates in China and the assessment of virulence in mice</dc:title>

<dc:description>	All gel electrophoresis images in the file "High prevalence of T. gondii infection at the individual and tissue levels (Table 2 Table 3 and Figure 2)" were generated by amplification of the T. gondii 529-bp repetitive element, using samples collected from 2022 to 2024. The Excel file contains individual-level collection information.	All gel electrophoresis images in the file "Mouse bioassay for parasite isolation and virulence assessment (Figure 3)" were generated by amplification of the T. gondii 529-bp repetitive element. The Excel table contains the raw OD values from the ELISA detection of T. gondii -specific IgG antibodies.	All gel electrophoresis images in the file “PCR-RFLP Genotyping (Table 4)” are restriction enzyme digestion patterns obtained from genotyping positive samples whose DNA quality was sufficient for genotyping, using the PCR-RFLP method.</dc:description>
