<dc:description>This dataset is the associated raw data for the research article entitled “Liberal fluid resuscitation induces occult biventricular uncoupling and delayed multiorgan injury in hemorrhagic shock: evidence from a 7‑day multimodal porcine model”. Nine female Bama mini‑pigs were subjected to a 40% progressive controlled hemorrhagic shock model, followed by autologous whole blood reinfusion and two rounds of high‑volume crystalloid resuscitation (cumulative 2000 mL). During the acute intervention period (T0–T7) and the 7‑day postoperative follow‑up (POD 1, 3, 5, 7), invasive systemic hemodynamic monitoring (Swan‑Ganz catheter, FloTrac system) and non‑invasive transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) were combined to comprehensively collect systemic hemodynamic parameters, biventricular mechanical indices, cardiopulmonary pressure parameters, and serum biochemical markers. The dataset includes:1. Macrohemodynamic parameters: systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), stroke volume (SV), stroke volume variation (SVV), cardiac index (CI), right atrial pressure (RAP), pulmonary artery systolic pressure (sPAP), pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP), end‑tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure (ETCO₂), etc.2. Biventricular echocardiographic parameters: left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), fractional shortening (FS), left atrial volume (LA Vol), mitral valve E/A ratio, mitral valve deceleration time (MV Dec. Time), mean tissue Doppler E/E’ ratio; right ventricular tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE), maximal tricuspid regurgitation pressure gradient (TR PGmax), right ventricular internal diastolic diameter (RVIDd), right ventricular tissue Doppler velocity (RV S‘), and the calculated TAPSE/sPAP ratio.3. Serum biochemical markers: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase myocardial band (CK-MB), serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), BUN/creatinine ratio (BUN/Cr), total bilirubin (TBIL), measured at multiple time points (baseline, hemorrhage stages, resuscitation endpoints, and postoperative days 1, 2, 3, 7).All data have been anonymized and contain no individual animal identifiers. The data files are in Excel format (.xlsx), including raw data tables and a data dictionary describing variable names, units, and measurement time points. This dataset can be used by other researchers for validation, secondary analysis, or systematic reviews, providing primary data support for studies on cardiopulmonary mechanical uncoupling and multiorgan injury in hemorrhagic shock resuscitation.</dc:description>
