2026-06-16 Dataset for: Effects of dietary isoleucine levels on growth, feeding and lipid metabolism of leopard coral grouper (Plectropomus leopardus) doi:10.57760/sciencedb.39099 en This dataset contains raw data from a 9‑week feeding trial investigating the effects of graded levels of dietary isoleucine on growth, feeding, and lipid metabolism in juvenile leopard coral grouper (Plectropomus leopardus). Seven experimental diets were formulated with isoleucine levels of 1.96%, 2.11%, 2.29%, 2.40%, 2.53%, 2.68%, and 2.84% (dry matter basis). Each diet was fed to three replicate tanks (15 fish per tank).
