2026-06-16 Checklist of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau endemic seed plants based on GBIF records (≥5 occurrences) doi:10.57760/sciencedb.39224 en This dataset presents a comprehensive checklist and occurrence compilation of seed plant species endemic to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Species presence was initially extracted from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF), retaining only those taxa with five or more georeferenced records. For species with fewer than five GBIF records, supplementary occurrence data were retrieved from major Chinese regional databases, namely the Chinese Virtual Herbarium (CVH) and the National Specimen Information Infrastructure (NSII).
