<dc:description>This dataset contains questionnaire responses evaluating the AI-assisted design methodology proposed in this study. The survey was administered on 15 May 2026 through Credamo, a widely used online survey platform in China. A total of 252 valid responses were collected. In the questionnaire, a score of 1 indicates strongly disagree, whereas a score of 7 indicates strongly agree.Column A contains the screening question used to verify participant eligibility. Columns B–E record respondents’ demographic information. Columns F–G correspond to the Design Data Security (DDS) dimension, columns H–K to Human–AI Collaboration Effectiveness (HACE), columns L–M to Design Creative Expressiveness (DCE), columns N–P to Perceived Value (PV), and columns Q–S to Intention to Use (IU). Rows 2–253 contain the individual questionnaire responses, while rows 254–255 report the mean scores of the collected responses. In this study, the dataset was analyzed using SPSS and IBM SPSS Amos. Specifically, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were conducted to examine the validity and reliability of the proposed expectation dimensions and to verify whether the constructed measurement framework met the required psychometric standards.</dc:description>
