2026-06-16 1.Supplementary Table 1：We first intersected 1136 mitochondria-related genes with 19,128 genes available in the eQTLGen database and screened for genes with p < 5 × 10−8, resulting in 834 candidate genes 2.Supplementary Table 2：Following the instrumental variable selection criteria of this study, SNPs with linkage disequilibrium were excluded. After matching with the GWAS data for prostate cancer, SNPs related to mitochondria-associated genes were incorporated as instrumental variables. The selection results for each indicator are presented in Supplementary Table 2, which only includes indicators showing significant MR analysis results.
