<dc:title>Dynamic Analysis of University Experimental Team Construction Based on CiteSpace</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.40044</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>Using CiteSpace software, a knowledge graph analysis of 1 450 academic journal articles related to theconstruction of university experimental teams indexed in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 1995 to 2024 was conducted. The results showed that the annual number of publications has generally presented an inverted parabolic trend over the past three decades and is currently declining, indicating an emerging trend of research hotspots. Collaborations among authors and publishing institutions are scattered with low collaboration intensity, and it is necessary to further strengthen academic exchanges and joint research. The distribution of published papers across journals is relatively concentrated. The top 10 journals account for 48.29% of the total publications, and the average citation frequency of the top 10 highly cited papers reaches 121.2 times, indicating that relevant research has achieved high academic quality and influence. Current research hotspots focus on four core areas: team construction, experimental teaching, large-scale instruments, and management systems. Core research directions revolve around team-related issues in university experimental teaching and laboratory construction, among which management mechanisms, problem-solvingstrategies, and the construction of talent training systems for experimental teams have become important research topics in this field. Research evolution can be divided into three stages: the preliminary exploration stage (1995 to 2005), the rapid development stage (2006 to 2016), and the fluctuating adjustment stage (2017 to 2024). Research themes in each stage are highly consistent with national policy orientations, and research priorities are closely linked to phased policies. At present, the continuous advancement of the Double First-Class initiative has become the core driving force of this research. In conclusion, future research should focus on Double First-Class initiative construction, give full play to the supporting role of experimental teams, and promote the connotative and high-quality development of higher education.</dc:description>
