2026-06-23 Spatial Transcriptome Sequencing Data of Periodontitis doi:10.57760/sciencedb.40696 en This dataset was generated using M20 spatial transcriptomics sequencing technology, including a total of 8 human gingival tissue samples (4 healthy gingival tissues and 4 periodontitis lesioned gingival tissues) confirmed by clinical pathological diagnosis. The sequencing preserves the spatial structure and in-situ cellular information of gingival tissues to obtain region-specific spatial gene expression profiles.
