2026-06-29 Ligularia cymbulifera scale data doi:10.57760/sciencedb.40763 en This dataset includes soil samples from Ligularia cymbulifera-invaded alpine meadows, collected from July to August 2025 in the eastern and southern transitional zones of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (around 90°–102°E, 27°–34°N). Along a geographical gradient spanning over 1,000 kilometers, 45 pairs of invaded and uninvaded plots (a total of 90 plots, each 2 m × 2 m) were set up. Soil pH, total carbon, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus were measured, and high-throughput amplicon sequencing was performed on the V3–V4 region of bacterial 16S rRNA genes and the ITS1 region of fungi. Non-targeted soil metabolomics data were also collected.
