  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.40801</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>BMDCs cells were divided into three groups: MOCK, ASFV-WT, ASFV-Del-MGF300-2R, with three biological replicates in each group. The dose of virus infection was 3MOI. Cell samples of each group were collected at 24 h after infection, and 1 mL Trizol lysate was added for complete lysis. The prepared cell lysis samples were stored in dry ice at low temperature, and Qualcomm quantitative transcriptome sequencing and subsequent bioinformatics analysis were performed.</dc:description>
