<dc:description>This dataset is derived from a cross-sectional questionnaire survey conducted for clinical nursing interns, collected from November to December 2025. The research tools include the Patient Safety Behavior Scale, Patient Safety Culture Perception Scale, and Demographic Data Questionnaire. All raw data has been desensitized, with identifiable personal privacy information such as names removed, and only statistical variables such as sample number, scores on various dimensions, age, and internship duration retained. The dataset is stored in SPSS (. sav) format and records all valid survey sample data to explore the current status of patient safety behavior, patient safety culture perception level, and their correlation among intern nursing students. This provides raw quantitative support for the statistical analysis of this nursing paper, with no missing or abnormal data. </dc:description>
