2026-09-24 Physiological activity data sets of Nostoc sphaeroids at different developmental stages under different drought durations doi:10.57760/sciencedb.41148 en This dataset provides data support for exploring the effect of drought stress duration on the physiological recovery characteristics of Nostoc sphaeroides after rehydration at different developmental stages.The data were derived from the drought rehydration experiment of Nostoc sphaeroides under laboratory control conditions. Three drought duration treatments were set up in the experiment, and three developmental forms of Nostoc sppharoides were selected as the research objects. After rewatering for each drought duration, physiological indicators such as cell viability, nitrogenase activity, and chlorophyll were measured for each form of Nostoc sphaeroides.
