2026-07-02 Survey Dataset on Fall Risk Perception Among Cancer Survivors Receiving Radiotherapy/Chemotherapy, 2025 doi:10.57760/sciencedb.41712 en This dataset was derived from a cross-sectional survey conducted between June and September 2025 at Zibo Central Hospital, Shandong Province, China. It aimed to assess fall risk perception and its associated factors among cancer survivors receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The sample included 534 hospitalized cancer patients. Data encompassed demographic characteristics, disease-related information, Fall Risk Perception Scale (FRPS), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Health Literacy Management Scale, and Self-Efficacy to Manage Chronic Disease Scale (SEMCD-6). This dataset is suitable for latent profile analysis of fall risk perception and its influencing factors in cancer populations.
