<dc:title>Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma inhibits inflammatory response against doxorubicin-induced myocardial injury through the TLR4/NF-κB pathway-raw data</dc:title>

<dc:description>This research dataset is derived from a comprehensive experiment exploring the mechanism of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma alleviating doxorubicin (DOX) - induced myocardial injury, integrating multidimensional data such as bioinformatics prediction, in vitro cell experiments, and molecular docking validation. The data composition includes: 150 blood components of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and their corresponding 1385 targets obtained from databases such as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP), 578 common targets obtained by intersecting with targets related to doxorubicin induced cardiotoxicity (DIC), and key signaling pathways such as TNF, IL-17, NF - κ B, and cell apoptosis identified through KEGG pathway enrichment analysis; The in vitro experimental section covers H9c2 cell viability data determined by MTT assay, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release, reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels detected by flow cytometry, tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF - α), interleukin-1 β (IL-1 β), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) inflammatory factor concentrations detected by ELISA, as well as TLR4 and NF - κ B gene and protein (including phosphorylated NF - κ B) expression levels obtained by RT-PCR and Western blotting, and includes comparative data for mechanism validation using Mito TEMPO; In addition, it also includes molecular docking binding energy scores of active ingredients from Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with TLR4 and NF - κ B target proteins. </dc:description>
