<dc:description>This dataset contains operational data collected from the refrigeration system of an enterprise in Zhejiang, China, from 2024 to 2025. The data mainly include key operating variables of the chiller plant, such as system cooling load, chiller cooling capacity, chiller electric power, cooling water pump flow rate, cooling water pump electric power, cooling tower inlet and outlet water temperatures, cooling tower fan power, condenser inlet and outlet water temperatures, evaporator inlet and outlet water temperatures, and outdoor meteorological parameters including dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures. These variables reflect the coupled operating characteristics of chillers, cooling water pumps, and cooling towers under different load conditions. The dataset can be used for refrigeration system energy consumption modeling, equipment performance analysis, cooling load distribution optimization, cooling water system control strategy evaluation, and multi-equipment coordinated energy-saving optimization.</dc:description>
