<dc:title>Clinical Raw Follow-up Dataset of 64 Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Full-endoscopic Spine Surgery with or without Electroacupuncture</dc:title>

<dc:description>This dataset is derived from the clinical study titled Clinical Observation of Full-endoscopic Spine Surgery Combined with Electroacupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation. A total of 64 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled and equally divided into two groups (32 cases per group). The control group received simple full-endoscopic spine surgery, while the combined group underwent full-endoscopic spine surgery followed by electroacupuncture intervention. The dataset completely contains all clinical observation data of patients, covering two main categories of indicators:Baseline information: age, gender, disease course;3-month postoperative follow-up indicators: VAS pain score, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), and lumbar JOA score. All raw observational data were collected from real clinical cases. The aggregated statistical values are rounded to two decimal places. This dataset can be used for secondary analysis and methodological verification related to minimally invasive spinal surgery and integrated traditional Chinese and Western orthopedics. A private access link will be available for reviewers to trace the original data during manuscript review, and the dataset will be fully open to the public after the official publication of the paper.</dc:description>
