2026-07-16 Large-scale cellular and spatial census of human cortical gene programs and their cross-species conservation doi:10.57760/sciencedb.43055 en This dataset contains gene loadings for 54 stable human cortical programs and program activity scores for 3,132,606 single nuclei and 7,180,468 spatial transcriptomic bins from adult human, macaque and mouse cortex. The human data comprise 1,036,039 nuclei and 5,659,097 spatial bins; the macaque data comprise 1,335,189 nuclei and 1,027,072 spatial bins; and the mouse data comprise 761,378 nuclei and 494,299 spatial bins. Cell-level and spatial-bin tables retain species, sample, library, cell or spatial identifiers.
