<dc:description>This dataset contains the computational and experimental data supporting the investigation of dynamically tunable graphene oxide membrane (GOM)-based nanoconfined structures, including molecular simulation results, structural characterization data, assembly kinetics, and membrane separation performance measurements. The dataset was generated during the study of dopamine (DA)-regulated interlayer engineering of graphene oxide membranes. The research aims to understand the molecular-level assembly mechanism of DA molecules within GO nanochannels, the evolution of confined structures, and the relationship between nanoscale structural regulation and macroscopic ion/water transport properties. The dataset is organized according to the corresponding figures in the manuscript. Each data file contains numerical values extracted from molecular simulations, microscopic characterization, or membrane performance measurements. The data are provided in commonly used formats (Excel) to facilitate reuse, visualization, and further analysis.</dc:description>
