<dc:description>Soil total DNA was extracted using the FastDNA® Spin Kit for Soil. The V4 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene was selected as the amplification target, and PCR amplification was performed with universal primers 515F (5′-GTGCCAGCMGCCGCGGTAA-3′) and 806R (5′-GGACTACHVGGGTATCTAAT-3′). Pro Taq DNA polymerase was used for PCR reactions, with a total reaction volume of 20 μL. The PCR amplification program was set as follows: initial denaturation at 95 °C for 3 min; followed by 27 cycles of denaturation at 95 °C for 30 s, annealing at 55 °C for 30 s, and extension at 72 °C for 45 s; and a final extension at 72 °C for 10 min. After quality verification of the amplified products, high-throughput sequencing was conducted on the Illumina MiSeq PE300 platform by Shanghai Majorbio Bio-pharm Technology Co., Ltd.</dc:description>
