<dc:title>Pump-Probe Photoacoustic Tomography Data for Dynamic Oxygen Partial-Pressure Imaging in Phantom and Tumor Experiments</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.44220</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset supports a study of fast laser sequence-based pump-probe photoacoustic tomography (PP-PAT) for quantitative and non-invasive monitoring of oxygen partial pressure (pO2). The method uses the oxygen-sensitive triplet-state lifetime of methylene blue and extracts transient triplet-state differential (TTD) signals to suppress conventional photoacoustic background and characterize oxygen-dependent molecular dynamics. The dataset contains three experimental groups. Experiment 1 provides single-tube phantom data for evaluating TTD signal stability, reproducibility, and the influence of repeated signal averaging. Experiment 2 provides dual-tube phantom data acquired during photodynamic therapy, including raw acquisition folders and processed TTD results at 0, 5, 15, and 30 min. Experiment 3 provides processed in vivo tumor PP-PAT data and TTD results for spatial oxygen partial-pressure mapping in a nude-mouse subcutaneous tumor model.Portable MATLAB display scripts and English README_info files are included in each experiment folder. These scripts load the deposited MAT files using relative paths, report detected variable names and data sizes, and generate representative image or curve displays for data inspection and reuse.</dc:description>
