2026-07-29 Blueberry disease identification (near infrared spectroscopy) doi:10.57760/sciencedb.44317 en  The first dataset includes 42 infected samples and 21 control samples, while the second dataset includes 63 infected samples, 21 control samples and 21 healthy samples. Blueberries in the first dataset were inoculated with Alternaria alternata (Aa) and Penicillium expansum (Pe), while those in the second dataset received an additional pathogen, Fusarium fujikuroi (Ff). NIR spectra were acquired daily for 6 days post-inoculation. For each of the 21 samples per group, six NIR spectra were acquired at daily intervals from day 1 to day 6 post-inoculation.
