<dc:description>This dataset contains the processed data underlying Figures 2–4 of “First Lidar Observations of Thermosphere–Ionosphere Calcium (TICa) Atoms Over Mohe (53.5°N, 122.3°E).” Figure 2 includes monthly and universal-time statistics of valid Ca observing time and TICa duration, together with maximum event altitudes and geomagnetic indices for 24 events identified between July 2023 and May 2026. Figure 3 provides Dst indices and Ca and Ca⁺ density fields for 19 May and 1 September 2024. Figure 4 includes AE indices, FPI-derived southward meridional winds and their reported uncertainties, Ca and Ca⁺ density fields, and the plotted Ca centroid trajectories for 5 and 22 November 2023.Each figure folder contains a MATLAB data file (.mat), a README, and copies of the plotting and export scripts. Density fields are provided as log₁₀ number densities in cm⁻³, with corresponding UT and altitude coordinates. Display processing and artifact masks are documented in the accompanying README files.</dc:description>
