  <dc:title>CUT&amp;amp;Tag sequencing datasets of ZmIDD30</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.44720</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset contains CUT&amp;amp;Tag sequencing data to identify DNA‑binding regions of ZmIDD30. Maize protoplasts were isolated from the second leaves of 14‑day‑old etiolated seedlings and transiently transformed with a ZmIDD30‑GFP fusion plasmid, using an empty GFP plasmid as control. Three independent biological replicates were conducted for each group. For CUT&amp;amp;Tag library preparation, the Hyperactive Universal CUT&amp;amp;Tag Assay Kit for Illumina Pro (TD904, Vazyme) was used. Transformed protoplasts were immobilized on ConA Beads Pro and incubated overnight at 4 &amp;deg;C with rabbit anti‑GFP primary antibody (1:100, Abmart), followed by goat anti‑rabbit IgG secondary antibody (1:100, Vazyme). After treatment with pA/G‑Tn5 transposase and tagmentation, DNA fragments were extracted, PCR‑amplified, purified, and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. The raw fastq files are provided, enabling peak calling and identification of ZmIDD30 binding sites.</dc:description>
