2026-08-04 Western Blot Raw Data doi:10.57760/sciencedb.45338 en This dataset contains the original uncropped Western blot images and corresponding raw data supporting the results presented in the manuscript entitled "Targeting Stemness and Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition in Prostate Cancer: A Novel Chalcone Complex Induces Apoptosis in PC-3 Cells and Prostaspheres", submitted to RSC Chemical Biology. The dataset includes raw immunoblot images for apoptosis-, oxidative stress-,EMT and drug resistance-related proteins analyzed in PC-3 prostate cancer cells and prostatospheres following treatment with the synthesized chalcone complex. These data were used to prepare the figures presented in the manuscript without alteration other than uniform adjustment of brightness and contrast applied to the entire image where necessary.
