<dc:title>Efficacy and Safety of Three Needling Patterns for Microneedle Radiofrequency in Axillary Osmidrosis: A Prospective Randomized Trial &amp;mdash; Supporting Data</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.45827</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset supports the findings of a prospective randomized controlled trial that enrolled 90 patients with moderate-to-severe axillary osmidrosis. Patients were randomly assigned to three groups receiving microneedle radiofrequency treatment with different needling patterns (full transverse, full longitudinal, and zone-directed), with a 6-month follow-up. The dataset includes baseline characteristics (age, gender, BMI, and baseline severity grade), efficacy outcomes (Park Grading System scores, clinical success rates, recurrence rates), quality of life assessments (DLQI scores), and safety data (pain VAS scores, erythema, swelling, ecchymosis, dysesthesia, scarring, and other adverse events). Data are provided in Excel format and can be used by clinicians and researchers to compare the efficacy and safety of different microneedle radiofrequency needling patterns for axillary osmidrosis.</dc:description>
