<dc:title>16S rRNA sequencing of bacterial communities during low-temperature chicken manure composting with psychrotrophic bacterial inoculation</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.45922</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>The aim of this study was to characterize bacterial community succession during low-temperature chicken manure composting and evaluate the effects of inoculation timing with a psychrotrophic cellulolytic bacterial consortium. Compost samples were collected from different composting stages and subjected to 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. The dataset provides microbial community profiles associated with composting progression, humification enhancement, and heavy metal immobilization in cold-region agricultural waste management systems.</dc:description>
