Simple perforation plate, tunicate end, Intervessel pits alternate, minute, ≤4 µm, Tylosed. Apotracheal parenchyma Concentric band 3-4 per mm, 3-5 cells wide, Rays exclusively uniseriate, 23-27 (26) rays per tangential mm. ray length 142-1015µm (430 µm), homogeneous, Rays heterocellular with 1 row of square marginal cells. Vasicentric tracheids present, 3-4 layers, Fibre thin walled, non-septate, r.d 6-14 µm (11 µm), t.d 11-20 µm (16 µm), rectangular shape.
